it can be normal for any cockatiel to sneeze a couple of times on a daily basis to clear out dust or dander from its nares, which could be accompanied by a transparent discharge. If the sneezing is persistent and/or even the discharge isn't a clear coloration, Speak to your avian veterinarian. ??
